End user domain sales headlined by a .club (that’s not a typo)

Picture of bundles of 500 euro notes with the words "End User Domain Sales" and the logo for Sedo

A paper company, a water filter seller, and a GPT-optimization company bought domain names.

Sedo’s top end user sale this week was a (checks notes)… dot club?

Well, sort of.

The top identifiable end user sale was a .club. The domain was apparently purchased for its backlink profile and prior use.

Sedo had some other nice sales, including haggle.com for $150,000, mcga.com for $62,000, and tacit.ai for $47,998, but I can’t figure out if they were all end user purchases and who the buyers are.

Here’s a list of end user domain name sales that were recently completed at Sedo. You can view previous lists like this here.

Kinogo .club – As best I can tell, this domain was purchased because it was previously used as a movie download site. It’s now being used for the same thing. I suppose this is an end user sale?

Ovol.com $25,000 – Japan Pulp & Paper, a publicly traded company, has a brand called OVOL.

Thine.com €15,000 – Thine is a new AI company.

DiscountWater.com $12,000 – This domain forwards to the website for Aqua Science, which sells water filtration technology.

Searchify.ai $9,995 – Searchify is a company that helps you get sites in AI search results. This field is sometimes known as GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization.

SeArrienda.com $5,000 – Arriendo.com is a property rental platform. It uses this new domain to funnel traffic to arriendo.com.

TurboBahis .com $5,000 – This domain is Turkish for turbo betting, and it’s used as an online gambling site.

ASD.de $4,200 – ASD GmbH is a security company.

IPliving.com $3,999 – An employee of Vornado Realty Trust registered this domain name.

Tramli.com €3,750 – Tramli is a connected device that displays transport departure times in your home. It uses the matching .ch domain name.

Fischkopp.de €3,314 – A company that sells products at fischkopp.shop bought this domain. It’s German for fishhead.

QuietStack.com $3,220 – Quiet Stack calls itself “an onchain native product foundry”.

SalonInsight.com $2,888 – This domain forwards to the website for Salon Iris, a salon booking platform.

LinkTools.de €2,749 – This is a defensive acquisition for LintTool.de, which offers backlink data and management.

Vintage-Kleidung.de € 2,598 – This store sells vintage clothing. Kleidung is German for clothing.

Policon.de €2,000 – I’m not sure who the buyer is, but they’ve uploaded a logo and are building a site using Webflow.
