Ceremony will honor organizations with up to a $50,000 donation.
Public Interest Registry, the nonprofit behind .org domain names, has announced that rapper, actor, and philanthropist Common will host the 2025 .Org Impact Awards ceremony.
The ceremony on October 7 will recognize organizations in seven different categories:
- Community Building
- Quality Education for All
- Environmental Stewardship
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Health and Healing
- Hunger and Poverty
- Rising Stars (leaders under 30 making a difference in their communities)
There are 35 finalists, each of which will receive a $2,500 donation. They will also be invited to the awards ceremony in Washington, D.C.
Each category winner will take home $10,000, and the .Org of the Year will receive a $50,000 donation.
